All services are subject to availability and are provided in accordance with the specifications agreed upon at the time of booking.
3. Booking and Appointments
To schedule a service with Gardeners Blackheath, please contact us through our designated booking channels. Once a booking is confirmed, both parties are expected to adhere to the agreed schedule.
3.1. Cancellations
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled service may be subject to a cancellation fee.
3.2. No-Shows
Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice will be considered a no-show. No-shows may result in the forfeiture of any deposits paid.
4. Payment Terms
Payment for services rendered by Gardeners Blackheath is due upon completion of the work unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept various forms of payment, including cash, credit/debit cards, and bank transfers.
4.1. Late Payments
Payments not received by the due date may incur a 1.5% monthly interest charge on the overdue amount. Continued non-payment may result in the suspension of services.
5. Pricing and Estimates
All pricing provided by Gardeners Blackheath is based on the information available at the time of the estimate. Prices are subject to change if the scope of work changes.
6. Liability
Gardeners Blackheath strives to provide high-quality services; however, we are not liable for any damage or losses resulting from the use of our services, except where caused by our negligence or willful misconduct.
6.1. Damages
In the unlikely event of any damage occurring during the provision of our services, please notify us immediately. We will assess the situation and address any legitimate claims promptly.
7. Warranty
We offer a warranty on our workmanship for a period of 30 days following the completion of services. This warranty covers defects resulting from faulty workmanship and does not include damage caused by external factors such as weather, pests, or improper maintenance by the client.
8. Client Responsibilities
Clients are expected to:
- Provide access to the property at the scheduled time
- Ensure that the work area is clear of obstructions
- Communicate any specific requirements or concerns prior to the commencement of work
8.1. Site Preparation
Proper site preparation is essential for the successful completion of services. Clients may be required to perform certain preparatory tasks as outlined in the service agreement.
9. Changes to Terms and Conditions
Gardeners Blackheath reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Gardeners Blackheath operates.
11. Dispute Resolution
In the event of any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions or the services provided, both parties agree to seek an amicable resolution through mediation before pursuing legal action.
12. Severability

13. Entire Agreement
These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the client and Gardeners Blackheath regarding the services provided and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.

15. Intellectual Property
All content provided by Gardeners Blackheath, including designs, plans, and written materials, are the property of the company and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited.
16. Force Majeure
Gardeners Blackheath will not be held liable for any failure to perform our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, or other unforeseen events.
17. Indemnification
Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless Gardeners Blackheath from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of or in connection with the use of our services, except where caused by our negligence or willful misconduct.
18. Assignment
Clients may not assign or transfer any of their rights or obligations under these Terms and Conditions without the prior written consent of Gardeners Blackheath.
19. Amendments
Any amendments or modifications to these Terms and Conditions must be made in writing and signed by both parties.
